1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product if:
- It is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery
- It is unused and in its original packaging (with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards)
- The return request is made within 7 days of purchase or delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Opened software, digital licenses, or downloadable products
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
- Consumables such as batteries, cables, or screen protectors once opened

Our team will review the request and provide return authorization and instructions. - Return Shipping
- For defective/incorrect items: AppleHub covers return shipping costs
- For other eligible returns: Customer covers return shipping costs
- Inspection & Refund/Replacement
Returned items are inspected before a refund, store credit, or replacement is issued.
4. Refund Method & Timeline
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit
- Processing time: 7–10 business days after inspection approval
- Cash on delivery purchases will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit
5. Warranty Claims
If the product is eligible for manufacturer warranty, repairs or replacements will follow the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

This policy is prepared in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) and related regulations.
