Cancellation Policy (Services)
Customers may request to cancel their service order within 24 hours of purchase. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of the transaction. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund process to be completed.
If a service is non-cancellable, this will be clearly stated before the customer makes a purchase, to avoid any misunderstanding or disputes.
