1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to:
- Within the UAE – All Emirates
- International Destinations – Selected countries (subject to courier service availability)
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM (UAE time) or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Within the UAE:
- Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days
- Express Delivery (if available): Same day or next day in select cities
International:
- Standard International Delivery: 5–10 business days (may vary based on customs clearance)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs delays, or courier service disruptions.
4. Shipping Fees
- UAE Orders:
- Standard Delivery: 200 AED amount or “Free above AED 300”
- Express Delivery: 500 AED amount
- International Orders:
- Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and courier rates
5. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details.
- You can track your shipment via the courier’s website or our order tracking page.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by the destination country.
- AppleHub is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
7. Failed Deliveries & Re-Deliveries
- If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or inability to contact the recipient, the courier will attempt re-delivery.
- Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated failed delivery attempts.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
- Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order details.
