Once we receive your returned product, we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Please note the following:

    • The following products are not eligible for return: electronic software downloads, subscriptions to the Software-Up-To-Date program, Apple Store Gift Cards, and any Apple Hub Developer products.
    • Apple Hub provides security features to enable you to protect your product in case of loss or theft. If you do not disable these features prior to returning your device, Apple may refuse the return or exchange.
    • Opened software cannot be returned if it contained a seal with the software license on the outside of the package and you could read the software license before opening its packaging. As an exception, you may return Apple-branded software if you do not agree to the licensing terms; however, you may not retain or otherwise use any copies of returned software.

    Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

    Apple reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Apple Store at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Any price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted by Apple. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you of the error and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order at no cost to you.     Order, Order Acknowledgement, and Order Acceptance

    To place an order for products or services at the Apple Store, you can visit the store website at http://www.apple.com/ae or use the Apple Store mobile app, and then simply add the products you want to your shopping bag, check out (using your chosen payment method) with your Apple ID or as a guest customer, and have your items shipped to you or to a person designated by you. Alternatively, you can call the Apple Store toll free at 8000 444 0396 between 10:00-19:00 Sunday to Thursday and an Apple Specialist will assist you through the entire order process, from product selection to payment method. Whichever way you choose to order, you will be given an opportunity to review your order prior to submitting it. Once you have placed your order, we will provide you with a web order number.

    Within a few minutes after we receive your order, we’ll email you an order confirmation. As with the web order number, the order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of your order; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Once we have processed your order and prepared it for shipping, we will send you an email stating that we have accepted your order, which will include the shipment details (the “Shipment Notification Email”). The decision to accept your order is at our sole discretion. Because we want to make sure that we have your product available, we won’t accept your order until we have prepared your product for shipping. In most cases, this will be within twenty-four hours for items that are in stock.     Apple  Hub provides a one-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for any new Apple-branded product. The Apple Hub One-Year Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not Apple Hub branded, even if packaged or sold with Apple products.
